I currently have a 2020 Suzuki Baleno, itās a great little car and I havenāt had any issues with it yet. Iāve driven quite a lot of kilometres on it and Iām currently looking around at options for replacement. Iāve tried to find long term ownership reviews of MG but Iām struggling to find any. Iām basically looking for the cheapest (or near to) new automatic I can buy, currently looking at MG5 as a possibility.
I prefer to keep my cars in good condition and maintain them well, which means generally driving them until they reach 200 thousand kilometres at least or they die, whichever comes first.
Iāve seen a lot of reviews where people have said, ādriven 20 thousand kilometres without any issuesāā¦ or first impressions from the automotive media outlets. Most new cars irrespective of build quality arenāt going to see issues within that distance. Does anybody have experience with MG over 100 thousand kilometres? Or at least 80 thousand? Iāve definitely seen a few older Chinese models still on the road but Iām still on the fence about GWM and MG for the long haul ownership experience due to lack of information.
