Chop saw? Miter saw? It's there a good option that can do steel and wood?
Post Body
My new house needs some trim work and I'll be doing laminate floors. I need a table saw [leaning towards the M18 cordless] and a chop saw of some kind. This is where I need help.
Is the primary difference between a wood saw and metal saw the speed of the blade? Can the use of a VFD make for a chop saw that is good for both?
Do the blades interchange?
Am I making this more complicated than it should be? Should I just buy two separate tools?
Thank you everyone!
