Post Body

The part I'm stumped on is this leg.

It slides into the furniture, so you can take the leg out easily. Since it broke inside, I retrieved the other half with tweezers.

Now I have two parts. I assumed I could solder it back together (it's a type of metal...maybe cast?) Since, I've been advised not to because the wheel is wooden.

Would a metal bonding glue be strong enough, despite the odd choice of weight distribution? How would y'all go about fixing this?

(PS if y'all would like to throw out y'all's method to reattach the broken mirror corner, I will happily review! I'm planning on drilling in two dowels, some wood glue, then ratchet it down overnight)

God bless, many thanks!!
