So I've been doing CG for some time. I've completed and ping ponged between EPIC 1 and Heat, also dabbled with Iron and Beastmode. Love them all and seen great progress.
I'm thinking of getting back into a solid gym routine, and want to do a Push/Pull/Legs split, 5-6 times per week.
I'm hitting legs twice over the course of the week, and ideally I'd like to split one workout as more of a quad focus, and one workout as more of a Hamstrings/Glutes focus.
In your opinion across all the YouTube programs and workouts, what is your favourite / go to quad workout and the same for Hamstrings/Glutes?
