Lmao I actually just answered this question on another sub I’ll copy and paste it here too.
Hollow rock, Russian twists, bicycle kicks, flutter kicks, V ups, crunches, weighted crunches, knee raises/toes to bar BUT TIGHTEN CORE, reverse crunch (bring butt off ground/don't leg feet touch floor), planks. Your abs are a complex group of muscles that require a lot of work. You have the upper abs, abs, obliques, etc. So you need to do a diversity of exercises to hit them all.
