I'm a trainer with degrees in sports medicine and exercise science and hitting the gym every and having muscle tone most definitely does not define "fit".

Lol insecurities? I've been in the field for 25 years.. all I said was hitting the gym everyday and having muscle tone doesn't define fit but somehow you did some mental gymnastics to connect dots to Planet Fitness and fat trainers? Lol
