About the Letter of Recovery

Post Body

We are departing from the Port of New Orleans Monday on the Valor. Does anyone know the specific guidelines on if the letter of recovery is accepted for that port? For those who are unaware the letter of recovery is a document stating that I tested positive within 90 days but have fully recovered and am cleared for travel. It has to be from a healthcare professional. But the letter of recovery negates the requirement for the test a couple days before you embark.

I've heard two people from Carnival Facebook groups say that they still need you to show a negative test.
