Free bottle of wine at Steakhouse?

The Carnival blog says if you book a reservation at the Steakhouse on the first (or second?) night you get a free bottle of house wine. Has anyone taken advantage of this offer? I looked at making a reservation but it didn't say anything about it on the reservation page. If you don't finish the bottle, can you bring it back to your room?
