How to remove the 18% gratuity accrued at the end of the cruise?

As title says. I read and was told that we have the option to remove the gratuity accrued at the end of the cruise. How do I do that ?
I donât feel like the service Iâm receiving is worth the 18% gratuity at all and am considering removing it.
Please donât guilt trip me into our typical American tipping culture. I just think the service I received isnât worth tipping at all.
