Hey there! I booked a cruise on Carnival Sunshine this December. It's our 2nd cruise (we went on Carnival Breeze in March and the kids and I had a blast) and we're super excited. We got the Early Saver package which is supposed to have the price protection but we're having problems with it. I first put in the claim form for the price protection when they had a MORE = MERRIER sale that was about $130 less for my full cruise (woohoo, free steakhouse night for me and the kids!) but I never got an email confirming that. Last Thursday, there was a sale and it was about $40 cheaper or so (hey, free money is free money! Mochas every day after breakfast!) so I tried again and didn't hear anything. I called them today and they said they had no record of either going in but I should wait another week and try again next Thursday.

What has been other folks' experience with the Early Saver Price Protection? Is there something I should be doing differently?
