Can you swap rooms and apply the cost

Hello everyone, I’m going on a September cruise with me, mom, dad, and my brother in a balcony room. We always cruise 4 in a room but my friend decided she wants to come. When the room was booked, it was around 700pp for the balcony and it came to around 2800 total. Since my friend is coming, is there a way to book a new room for me and her, remove me from the room of 4 with my family and apply that money (700) to the new room? I see no option to do something like that online but was wondering if anyone has done something similar. Thank you!
