UPDATE 3/23: called they picked up right away and I got the clarification I needed, depending on what’s purchased thru a wedding/honeymoon registry some is OBC and added to your account after you get on board, and some is transferred into your bank acct you put in when you set things up 4 days before you debark on your trip.

going on our honeymoon cruise in less then 2 weeks, we made a registry through carnival and have received a decent bit from family and friends. Has anyone done this? If so how’s it work? How do you use what people send? When you request payment its only option is a carnival e-gift card. I know you can use it but is there a limit to onboard credit etc…Some things say up to $500 on board credit but we already have $500 onboard credit from the promo we booked on. Needing clarification lol I’ve emailed them today to find out. Plus their notification emails send duplicate emails 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️😂
