Quitting job?

Thinking of quitting my job. I’m extremely lucky to work at a place that knows my family and if anything happens I can leave immediately and I also work a 2 minute walk from my house but things are getting harder.
My job is more just something for me to do to get away from home but I’ve not had time to do other things such as exercise because there’s always something to be done at home.
Any of you left work and what were your pros (if any) and cons?
