so the time has come and im in a impossible situation. my moms care has gotten worse over the last few months and she now need 24/7 care. i have been caregiving for 10 years now but i have gotten to the point that she needs more care than i can provide for her. my own health and mental issues are making it impossible to deal with as well. heres the problem, we are still doing paperwork to get medicaid coverage. i have been burning through all our savings to oay for caregiving services. i have enough for one month left of service. even if i quit my job or went on fmla it would not resolve my issue and probably put me in a mental ward. i dont know what to do. i just had to take a 45k loan to ay for a new roof and to pay for a bill my mom had. i cant get a heloc or reverse mtg. i may be losing my job soon, so thats even more of a problem with finances, what options do i have?
