Lost interest in doing IT support. Need a new path but feeling lost.
Post Body

I used to love working with tech, now it just annoys me and pisses me off that I'm constantly having to fix things. My career has been stalled for years because I don't have the interest or motivation to take it further. I tried my hand at network and systems administration and floundered at it because of lack of interest. I'm getting out competed and it's getting hard to find work. Friends I trained and got started in support have surpassed me. It's not looking rosy.

I have ADD and have that typical tendency to excel that things I'm interested in without much effort. But a complete inability to stay focused on things that don't. So since I've lost interest in IT it's time to find a new career interest. But I don't want to struggle for money either so no starving artist or broke college student type stuff.

I like travel, helping people, teaching, I'm good at organizing and coordinating, running projects, improving processes and finding better way to do things, etc. I'm good at seeing what needs to get done and directing and assisting others to do it. I enjoy work that gives me interaction with people. I've tried sales and can be good at it if I believe in what I'm selling.

Another point is that I would prefer something portable. I don't want to start a career that will tie me to one area. Like real estate for example. That takes a while to build a practice in an area and it's not portable. If you move you have to start over. Although with that said I've though I'd like to start a business, but have no business experience.

Ok, hit me with your questions and suggestions please.
