Is it ok to join 4 months later
Post Body
Hi I am getting calls from recruiters and having positive interviews. But due to recent family medical issue, I need flexibility and need to stay near home- best would be if I do not make a change.
Is it ok to interview and be open to tell them that it would be best for me to join after 4 months? Or companies do not hold positions for so long?
I am senior level professional into engineering / oil & gas.
