I'm offering 100 ADA from my personal stash to anyone who can build a working ADA tip bot and write a detailed "how to" guide on using it.

As a layman, I also need to understand it fully and we will need some way to guarantee its integrity. I encourage the community to offer suggestions.

Bot needs to be up and running before payment.
