Seller is refusing to send cards, how long for a helpdesk ticket to be reviewed usually?

I made an order 3 days ago with £6.50 worth of cards, and the postage was roughly £3 as it was tracked (tracked order was the only option).

After I made the order and had paid for it, the seller has messaged me saying they don’t feel it’s worth sending my order. They said they don’t want to pay £2.25 for postage and will not be sending the cards and threatened to block me.

I think I should be able to cancel the order after 7 days of them not sending and get my money back, but last time I did this with a similar situation, I’m then not able to leave a bad review on the seller and they receive no consequences. So I don’t want to cancel if possible, the seller is going against cardmarket ToS I believe as they have to send after I’ve made an order.

I’ve opened a ticket with the help desk but there has been no reply, does anyone know how long it usually takes for a ticket to be reviewed? Thanks
