I'm doing some skinning on a few pieces for a car and making a few kick board pieces which are just flat rectangles so everything is simple enough. I'm having trouble choosing a resin system though. i took some "west system" 105 and 207 epoxy resin from work just to experiment and its virtually unsandable, very flexible and seems a bit more like a gel than I'm used to. can anyone recommend specific USA "shippable" products? preferably looking for a black base coat, then "workable" top coats all for wet lay ups/skinning. I'm still a bit new to it all
