Struggling with insurance company

Looking at getting a 2016 Ford Fiesta 1.0L, I am 17 and just passed my test. I looked at insurance at got 4k minimum, with averages of 6-14k. I am not paying 4k a year and for a black box. Any companies that would do lower with no black box. ?
