I’m gonna keep this short and simple I was at a car meet an illegal one trespassing and all about 400 ppl were there cops showed up everybody fled when I tried to pull out this girl tried to rush and I caught the tail end of her car only left a scratch the size of a small car with no denting she asked for my number and I gave it to her bc I didn’t have time to stand around considering the cops had shown up she wants to settle this personally and says if I don’t respond in 24hr she will be calling insurance, is that a valid threat I’m from nc it’s a contrib state idk what that means but saw somebody mention it, who is at fault and can she really try to get me for this considering we were trespassing/fleeing a crime scene when it took place I will personally cashapp u if ur advice Pans out to be correct
