So my current car has just gone pop and I’m in need to get a new one. I’ve currently got a 4x4 but have no need for that size anymore.

I’m really looking for something Mondeo sized and up to a maximum of £8k.

What’s in my list so far: 2014 Jaguar XF 3.0 V6 S Portfolio Mondeo Titanium or Titanium X Audio A6 (not sure on model) Peugeot 508 Mercedes C or E class

I’ve been looking around the same year 2013-2015.

I’ve found the Jaguar above for £7795 (with 12 month warranty, FSH, recent cam belt change). It has 111000 on the clock. Now everyone says Jags are expensive to run, expensive insurance, blah blah blah, but I dont really know much about the 2nd hand market in that range as all my other cars have been a lot older.

Any advice or suggestions would be more than welcome.
