Someone is trying to put a false claim in against me and Iām waiting for the insurance companyās to fight it out. In short nothing happened but sheās trying to say I damaged her car.
My insurance company has ātemporarilyā taken my no claims off me but my car insurance is due in 2 weeks time
Because of this itās putting my insurance up over Ā£1000 so am I just stuck having to pay this extra money or is there anything I can do to not pay this
My insurance company isnāt bothered because they keep saying that it will just get refunded when the claim is resolved if Iām found not at fault but I donāt see how it will get refunded because when I put the claim down I canāt get insurance with the one thatās Ā£1000 cheaper if that makes sense
Am I just stuck paying an extra Ā£1000 for car insurance this year because of someone commiting insurance fraud and if this is the case will I have any legal right to claim off her for anything once itās resolved?
