Weird windscreen wiper fluid, any help?

So, I thought my windscreen wash had ran out. Went to see my mechanic friend and we realised the windscreen wash is coming out the bottom of the car. As in, if you open the door of the drivers side after pressing the screen wash, the floor is wet. Was thinking maybe something has popped out or something.
I have MOT tomorrow, I hope it doesn’t fail because of that 😂
