Just been to view this car

The passenger side seat is missing it's seat tilt handle (the mechanism still works) and the windscreen wiper is missing from the rear. The dealer was quick to reduce it to £1500 (including delivery), or £1740 with the faults being fixed. Otherwise it looked okay, but I'm not a expert. Any thoughts on the limited info available here very welcome.
