Bought two tires last year. Should I buy the same type and make, or can I switch it up?

So, I am not from the UK, but the comunity seems really nice, so I hope you won't get too mad at me for a sking a question here :).

So I bought a pair of Bridgeston Turanza T005 tires last year. They were 60€ a piece (about 52 £). I was planning on buying two more the next year and that would be that.

I wasn't really checking the prices during the year and I was very surprised to see that they went from being 60 to being 80€ (so from 52 to about 70£ ). Probably for most of you that will still be somewhat cheap...but to me it sounds expensive as I used to pay as little as 50€ for them...

So should I just suck it up and buy 2 more turanzas to have the same 4 tires on my car, or can I switch it up? I was looking at a goodyear efficient grip performance 2 which are just slightly cheaper.... But I have also been thinking of going "down" To either Falken ZE310 or Kumho ecsta hs52 which are about 10 £/tire cheaper...

Dimmension is: 195/65/15 on a regular golf 6 with 120hp...

Any recommendations? Thanks.
