I guess this post is more so just me sharing my excitement with my fellow car sales people. For background, I'm a 26 year old woman. I'm very outgoing and that's what got me this job in the first place. I started at CDJR back in June. While I really enjoy this business, I never really thought the Dodge brand was my brand, ya know? Anyways, I got offered a job at the Volkswagen store that's with my automotive group. My GM was more than happy to let me transfer as he thought it'd be a better fit for me, and an overall better work environment for me. Our Volkswagen store is doing good numbers, and I already really liked the people here (I can sell out of every dealership in my autogroup so I've been here a handful of times already for deals). I'm really excited for this next chapter in my car salesman journey ☺️
