Rate my payplan - Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I'm a 26F that's been with this dealership since June 6th. A friend of mine, whos been in the business a while, told me this was a horrible payplan. Obviously I'm a green pea who doesn't know what's good or bad. Along with this, we get a hit list for our used cars. We get $300-800 bonuses on cars on that list. I've seen one on there with a $2k bonus as well.
