Hey folks,
First you guys are fantastic. It’s been a huge encouragement to have folks in the trenches talk about what they have going on and get help when needed. THANKS!
Now my dilemma,
It’s not really a dilemma, but I need help. I’ve been training myself (see older posts to know my manager won’t help train me) and things have been better. However, I’m still having a problem closing deals I should be able to close. Manager says, “you’re not done on the lot.” I see what he’s saying. I know speed kills sales. But when I get to the pencil, I present numbers and most times I get, “Thanks. I have shopping/thinking to do. I’ll be in touch…”
I know I’m not alone, it happens to us all. But at least half of these I know buy that day or the next lot they visit. I need some ammo. Any word tracks to overcome this and advance the sale? Should I redo a walk around? I just don’t know how to close these and it’s killing my bottom line
