Minis are $100 1-9.5 units 12% commission on gross 10-14.5 15% commission on gross 15 18% commission on gross

unit bonus after 11 cars 11.5 - 14 = $750 14.5 - 18 = $1000 18.5 - 23 = $2000 23.5 = 3000

highest volume = $500 highest gross = $500

is this a good pay plan or atleast average for the industry? This is only dealership i’ve worked for and hit the 14.5 unit bonus almost every month.
