Hey guys, so I have one of the more unnecessarily difficult cars to replace a simple headlight bulb in and now I’m stuck and need some advice because I’m not paying $300 for a job that I’ve already pretty much completed.
So, since it’s the drivers side I managed to just remove the tab holding the washer fluid fill spout and jam my hand in there (both of my hands are now completely cut and bruised and I’m working with my non-dominant hand) I managed to get the old bulb out, hook up the new bulb and get it into the housing socket, and even though I KNOW that it is lined up where it needs to be, I can’t for the life of me get the leverage to twist it into place.
I can’t remove the computer to get additional leverage because one of the clips is broken - because I can’t catch a break. I’ve spent almost four hours just trying to get this bulb secured into the housing, does anyone have ANY advice on how to get it twisted into place 🤦♀️
