Truck will not turn over.

Hello everyone! First time poster! First time on reddit! Haha but I can not figure out my truck, it is a 1999 chevy Silverado 1500 5.3, I replaced the starter, starter relay and I've check the battery for charge and the cables and terminals for defects or corrosion. When I turn my key I can hear the solenoid engage but the truck will not crank over I just get a 'clunk' then the electronics on my dash seem to die untill I let go of the key again.

Any advice would been greatly appreciated!! Thank you all in advance!!
