So I got my car inspected at Firestone today and I was checking over the list of parts/labor. It is stated here that the parts for the Rack and Pinion Assembly are $2,899. Thats solely for the parts. However, I included pictures of parts for the Rack and Pinion that are much less. One picture is of a part that's the exact same model that they listed on the recommended services sheet. Is there something Im missing regarding the huge price difference? My brother said since it says "ASSEMBLY" on the sheet I'm paying for an entire system, but the one on Amazon (same part # as sheet), and on the other screenshot both say Assembly. Please help.
