Noise after lower ball joint replacement

Just had new lower ball joints put on my 2007 Sienna. No noise prior. The day I picked it up there was a creaking noise when I turned sharply to the left or right. Sounds like a harmonica. Plan on having them look at it this week but just curious what it could be regarding the install.
