Siri sounds tinny with pioneer head unit

Hello!

So when I activate Siri, she sounds tinny and robotic with my pioneer headunit (NEX 7600 series) where everything else sounds fine. I saw one person with a similar issue say they had to turn off the DSP but my installer at best told me I couldn’t do that without the old oem radio (which I don’t have) for my Subaru forester 2017. But I don’t know if I believe him or if he is trouble shooting correctly. Does anyone have a solution? I’ve sunk a lot of money into this :(

UPDATE: With the newest update to the head units Siri is fixed and sounds great! Wild!
