Buy a Highlander or lease a Passport?

I got a great offer for a lease on 2024 Honda Passport for $573 monthly with 15k miles per year for 36 months. That means over the life of a lease, I'd pay $20,620.
On Craigslist I found a great deal for a 2023 Toyota Highlander Limited, with only 5k miles on it, for $32,000.
Now my question is, which one should I take? What's the better offer?
