2010 Suburban. Driver side front rubbing noise

I have a rubber on rubbed type noise from the drivers side front. It’ll happen when turning along with any type of suspension movement. Can get it to happen if i stand on the side step and move the vehicle.
The driver side sway bar bracket has a broken bolt so i figured that would cause it, so i took the sway bar link out to make sure there was not tension on the bushing and it still happens. Havent have time/space to full look into it so just looking for any ideas.
