2003 Toyota Corolla can’t inflate donut

Got a flat and if taken donut to two different air pumps at two different gas stations but I can’t get air to go through the valve. I checked and air is going into the tires on my other car when using the air pump at the gas station. It doesn’t sound like air is coming out from the pump when trying to fill the donut but it does on other tires. Any ideas?
