Inspired by Rolls-Royces of the 1920/30s, but a little different. On the first picture, under the bonnet from left to right, there's a large battery made by combining regularly car batterys, a large water tank, the smaller vertical cylinder is a small Tesla turbine generator to put some power back in the battery, and the large cylinder on the left is an electric steam boiler with mechanical shafty valves on top with a lead filled fusible plug on the bottom with pipe leading to the floor, at the front there is a condenser in place of the radiator on a car to conserve water. It in theory would weigh about 3 1/4 tons fully loaded and in a collision isn't designed to take the impact and stop, it's designed to shrug off the impact, it has a full length chassis that is also is visible on the rear bulkhead to provide more rigidity to the car as a whole. For power it has a pair of compound steam engines connected to the rear axle though a pair of gears, it would be fitted with hydraulic brakes with a computer system that if an impact is detected it it will open a valve from the boiler to drop pressure, open the hydrolics system to engage the brakes, the computer also controls the boiler water level and insertion heaters.
