I have a 2009 Honda civic si that came with a factory amplifier. I started by adding an amp and sub in with a line out converter. Sounded wonderful. Then I decided I needed an android headunit, this is where things go south. So after getting the 10 inch android 10 head unit in, I had no sound. I ended up after hours of searching connecting my 4 factory speaker wires(8 in total) to 4 rca plugs then using a y adapter and plugging them into the only 2 outputs on the headunit. It works but my sub and amp are not near as load as they used to be. They are still hooked in with the line output converter. The only 1 rca I have left on the head unit is marked subwoofer. So do I need to get another y adapter and run my amplifier normally to the head unit for better sound instead of the line converter?
