Skar Fs rating

I am about to pull the trigger on a set of Skar SVR 8-inch subs. However, the Fs rating seems a little high.
All the reviews I read and watch say they hit plenty of low-end. I don’t know a ton about car audio, but I thought a high Fs rating typically means a sub doesn't thump in the low end as much.
Could someone give me some basic guidance, please? Should I go with another model of Skar sub?
