Need some help with a head unit

Rockford Fosgate Prime R500X1D - RMS: 300W x 1 @ 4 ohms, 500W x 1 @ 2 ohms

Rockford Fosgate Prime R2D4-12 (2) - 500W Max (250W RMS) 12" Dual 4 ohm Subwoofer

I need a receiver in the $50-80 range. I have two front and two rear deck speakers in addition to the two subs. I am using the car's stock speakers (for now). My main issue is that I can't find out what rms the stock speakers are rated for.

I just need a 4 channel head unit with a pre amp channel right? Also, what rms output should I look for in the head unit?

Edit: Or should I just not hook up my rear deck speakers? Also, if any parts are a bad choice, let me know.
