aux/usb output on backs of head units
Post Body

I know I personally get a little annoyed when people ask questions they could easily google. however, believe you me, I have tried to google this and can't come up with anything, maybe b/c my wording is wrong or something...

I work in a big electronic retail outlet by the name of best buy (temporarily anyway) and part of what I have to cover in my section is car audio. I have always had interest in the subject but did not have very much knowledge about the technical aspects which im glad to say I am picking up relatively fast.

one seemingly basic question I just can't seem to figure out is how the wires come out of a head unit that has the aux and usb outputs in the back; for example, a lot of touchscreen head units are like that. I don't personally have a head unit like that, but I was thinking maybe you would have to somehow cut a hole or something for the wires to run from the front to back? i know this sounds like a dumb question but any answers are appreciated!
