Anyone know what I’m looking at?

I got a new radio for Christmas and this is how I tune it but I have no idea what I’m looking at. Every dot on the graph can be moved up and down so I just randomly moved them to see what would happen. Can someone tell me how I should adjust this for my music to sound better? Way above my pay grade.
