DEA700 radio - bluetooth calls are normal volume when parked but volume drops to zero once you drive

As the convoluted title says. Recent model Kenworth T880 dump truck (I think a 2019 or 2021)

Ive tried every setting trick in the book. Ive been googling for WEEKS to no avail.

My phone is an Android 13 Revvl5

When connected via Bluetooth, making a call, if I am parked the call volume is normal (ie whatever I had it set to)

The second I shift into gear to drive the volume automatically lowers itself down to zero! If you turn it back up it just goes back down.

This is beyond frustrating and basically means I cant make calls while driving....

Ive deleted/readded the phone multiple times

Ive turned off the GoogleMaps stuff I was told to disable

Ive done the Absolute Volume and ASCVRP (or whatever it is called) shenanigans

Ive gone through every possible setting, google post abd youtube tutorial and nobody else seems to have this issue!!!

In losing my mind over this! Anyone able to help me? :(
