Believe I've made a post in here before about my subwoofers and I'm currently trying to learn more about them and identifying amps to go with it. What is the difference between wiring for a 1 Ohm load and wiring subs for a 4 Ohm load? I believe some people on a previous post asked me how the subs were wired but I couldn't remember so I took them outta the box to check. I have them wired positive to positive, and negative to negative. Then to the positive and negative on the amp. I think this results in a 1 Ohm load if I've read the diagram correctly. If I was to get a stronger amp and switch up the wiring, what would that do?
