Hey guys!

So quick update I decided to change out my mmatts amp for a JP83 amp. I've had it installed for about three weeks and two weeks in I began to run into issues. Everything worked great on my way to work but I return to work and get ready to leave and nothing. The amp isn't even turning on. Like its not getting power or something. So I run to the store to grab a bite to eat and get back into my car now its turned on. Weird. OK. So I play a song and it works ok for the first song. The second song comes on and the volts are dropping from 13.8v to 8-10v range. I immediately turn it down because I don't want to mess anything up. Over the next couple of days its the same thing. It comes on at different times yet I don't turn the gain up because I don't want to damage anything.

Everything was professionally installed. I've used this guy for my last build and everything worked wonderful. This time around he did an amazing job.

Some troubleshooting steps I have taken. I have tried to jump the remote from one amp to this one trying to see if the remote wire was the problem and got nothing out of it still.D4S has responded that its supposed to be a completely Bluetooth amp and its not even supposed to have the remote wire hooked up so I took to their amp reset tactics and still got nothing out of it.

I have a warranty but ngl im pretty pissed im two weeks in with having issues...I wish i would have just spent the extra 1k on a SALT 8k and known for a fact I would be good.

Does anyone have any ideas on what the issue might be?
