We're going to compare the two by their aspects and see who would win in a fight. Get some popcorn, because these competition going to be hot!

-Strength-

For this one, it's a tie. We never had seen Harold or George fight if i am correct since it was mostly Cap. If your going to reply in the comics " but actually George has the tie of doom! " 1) He would never use it on his best friend, even on a fight 2) Even though he had it on book 9 to beat up the bullies that dosen't count because he didn't fight them on his own and 3) the books not canon to the series.

-Intelligence-

George wins for a couple of reasons. As shown in the First Epic Movie, he has a bigger Hahaguffawchuckleamalus then Harold. Which means he has a bigger brain. And in the books, TV Show, and Movie George panics less and tries to calm down Harold who panics fast. And the biggest proof of all of them. In book 9, it was revealed that George is so intelligent even his teachers wanted him to skip the third grade. and Thus...

So i looked at some shots of George and Harold running and in all of them Harold is shown to be running faster then George!
