Just wondering about that. How effective he is in general in this game currently? A lot of time has passed since he got released. I haven't played online for a long time now. But kept farming at a not so terrible pace (just for the players I need SSR balls for). I got his Skywing Twin Shot to S70 now. Hopefully I don't regret that decision. It's the best shot Santana has in this game after all and he is my fave CT character. Sadly Klab hates Santana for some reason. His Arrow Skywing Shot deserved much much better treatment :/ They murdered that amazing shot. Also the only good Santanas in the game are 2 Santanas (The DF one but sadly Klab treated his main shot badly there) and the FBS version. Such a great character deserves more than just 2 good units I think. Many lesser players got much much better treatment :/ And only one of them is probably SS tier (DF Santana). I would say FBS Santana is something between S and SS.

I'm just not sure how effective exactly the 30% FBS passive is. Often the force buff from the passive doesn't even feel like a real force buff. Like for example, A FBS-boosted 500m shot is probably not be as strong as regular a 500m shot (assuming in both cases they have same raw shooting stats). This is what I mean by the FBS boost doesn't feel THAT "real" to me. It's a bit weird. I don't know how to explain it. OR maybe I'm wrong and the FBS passive gives a totally real force. I don't know really. I don't have much experience regarding this.
