A major argument against socialism is that countries such as the Soviet Union, China and Cuba where socialism was introduced ended up in brutal totalitarian regimes and economic failure and capitalists have argued these examples show socialism can never work. I searched the internet using "Soviet Union myths" as a search term and I found one website which defended the Soviet and listed 7 myths which tried to show the Soviet Union was not a failure.
